The MoodSync website (getmoodsync.com) and the MoodSync iOS app are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. By using either, you agree to use them at your own risk and to be responsible for the decisions you make with the information they surface.

Not medical advice

Nothing on the website or in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is educational. The app is a self-tracking tool. Decisions about your care should be made with a qualified clinician.

Your data

How we handle data is described on the privacy page. The short version: the iOS app stores everything on your device; the website uses anonymized analytics for page views.

Intellectual property

The MoodSync name, logo, and original content on this website belong to PotyLabs. App-store screenshots of MoodSync used here are also our own. Citations link to their original publishers, who hold their own copyrights.
