What to include
To help us help you, the most useful messages include:
- What you were doing when the issue happened, in one or two sentences
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
- Your device (iPhone model)
- Your app version (visible in MoodSync's Settings)
- A screenshot if the issue is visual
If your data looks wrong
Because all your data lives on your device, we cannot see it from our side. If something on your chart looks off, please describe what you expected to see and (if you're comfortable) attach a screenshot.
